Description:

1000HP quintuplex plunger pump is designed for varies fracturing units, it is widely used for oilfield intermittent operations, such as acidizing , cementing, fracturing, well killing and so on.

Features:

● Reciprocating, horizontal single-acting and positive displacement.

● Its maximum rated brake power is 750kw (1000 HP) and the stroke is 8" (203.2 mm).

● The crankshaft is double-key eccentric wheel structure.

● Two pairs of the involute helical gears are installed separately on two ends of the crankshaft to transmit power, which neutralize the axial force.

● Big and pinion gears are installed inside pump shell to reduce the pump width in favor of the integral configuration.

● Light weight, small volume, high pressure, suitable for small-scale fracturing unit.

● Four plunger sizes are available for multifarious pressures and displacements: 3.75" 4", 4.5"and 5". 

● The fluid end and power end are connected by 8 alloy steel of pull rods. The pull rods stay in the power end after removing the fluid end. The plunger is threaded onto the crosshead which is convenient for removal and maintenance of fluid end.
