Main Function

The equipment performs welding and picking and placing parts at the same time to shorten the working time. After each group of welding is completed, the air is blown and cooled, and the next group of welding is performed while cooling (3 waves in total).

Rigid plastic instrument panel: injection molding (main body and others), (main parts), assembly (related parts), etc.

Semi-rigid foam dashboard: injection molding/ pressing, blister (skin and frame), cutting (holes & edges), assembly, etc.
