4. Structure and Working principle
Spring cone crusher is mainly composed of upper casing, lower casing, inner cone lining plate, outer cone lining plate, lock spring, main shaft, large and small transmission gear and so on.
When it is running, the motor through V-belt, large pulley, drive shaft, bevel gear, large bevel gear drives the eccentric sleeve to rotating, the broken conical axis is rotating and oscillating under the eccentric bushing. So that the surface of the crushing wall is sometimes close to the surface of the rolling wall, sometimes it leaves the surface of the concave; the material is crushing through the impact force and bending in the ring crushing chamber which is being composed of fixed cone and movable cone. After many times squeezing, impacting and bending, the material is being crushed to the required particle size and then they are being discharged through the lower part.
